Hi, my name is Laura Poll Barrera,a 3rd year Undergraduate student of Geology in Universitat de Barcelona.
I’ve loved geology since I was little, I used to collect minerals and go to the mountain with my family and now that I’m studying this amazing world, I’m fascinated.
Being in the SGA is an opportunity to improve and learn more. Also, I think it’s important to move around the world and learn the geology of different countries.
In my life, it’s really important my family and my friends. I’ve been a scout since I was 6 years old and I have grown and learned a lot of things. Now I’m a leader and I really love to work with children and try to make the world a little better every day.
