Hi, my name is Miquel Grande Tena and I’m coursing the 2nd year of Geology in Universitat de Barcelona.

I’m studying Geology because I have always been so curious about my environment and I have a deep love and respect to nature, so I decided to learn more about it. At first I just really liked paleontology but as the grade goes on I’m discovering new passions such as mineralogy, and that’s the reason why I joined the BCN-SGA-SEG Student Chapter.

Actually I’m the treasurer of the Student Chapter. Apart from the grade, I used to play american football and I have been scout since I was six.
